Join one of McGoogan Library's education and research services librarians, Cindy, for a Zotero 7.0 basics course. Get a guided introduction to this freely available citation manager.
During this McGoogan Session, you will:
- (1) install Zotero and Zotero’s browser connector,
- (2) use the browser connector to move records from PubMed and Google Scholar to your Zotero database,
- (3) create a Zotero record for a website,
- (4) use the Zotero ribbon/toolbar in Word to add in-text citations and a bibliography to a Word document,
- (5) merge a duplicated reference in your Zotero database and then in your Word document, and
- (6) set Zotero preferences/settings to optimize your Zotero-based access to UNMC-licensed and freely available full-text articles.
