Urinary incontinence is the 8th most prevalent chronic condition in women. New, progressive research focuses on the prevention and risk reduction of urinary incontinence to decrease severity and increase quality of life. This educational offering aims to provide a foundation of knowledge for women to address risk factors, promote prevention and learn about conservative self-help strategies, lifestyle modifications and non-surgical therapies.
