Women's History Month: The Art of Leading as a Woman

Dr. Sasha Shillcutt, professor and vice chair in the department of anesthesiology, will discuss strategies for women in the workplace to successfully lead teams and review leadership backlash women may face in the workplace, and strategies to overcome it. Dr. Shillcutt will review ways women can support one another to lead authentically in their work spaces.
