The UNMC community is invited to view virtually the dedication of the Wigton Heritage Center, which memorializes the med center's unique history and serves as a campus welcome center.
The virtual dedication and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Wigton Heritage Center will begin at 11 a.m. CDT and be available online at the UNMC website.
The multi-level, 13,000-square-foot facility includes gallery and digital exhibit space and allows the Leon S. McGoogan Health Sciences Library staff to showcase previously hidden, prized collections and showcase them to the public.
