The entire campus community is invited to join Chelsea Lewis with Engage Wellness for a live low impact aerobics class. This class will take place on the Engage Wellness Facebook page, here.
Chelsea has been working at Engage for a little over a year, but has been working in tthe exercise field for the past seven years. Her favorite class to teach is circuit and her favorite exercise is squats! Chelsea also loves working with older adults and being outdoors with her husband and two dogs.
