Transition Educational Series: Social Security

There are many things to consider if you have a child with disabilities. Do you need to establish guardianship? Will they be able to attend college? Are there organizations that can help. How do you teach them to advocate for themselves?

This event will allow you to hear from families and young adults who have already been down this road or who are traveling it. Learn their thoughts about things you need to consider and tips to make this transition easier.

Free (click here to register) for families with a child with a disability between the ages of 14 and 21.
