Rethinking College Opportunities for Students with Intellectual Disabilities

Presented by Rachel Ray, M.A., assistant professor and coordinator of the MMI-UNO Think College Trailblazers Program

Too often students with intellectual disabilities aren't encouraged to consider college for their future. We are working to change that.

Join us for a showing and discussion of the film Rethinking College, followed by a panel discussion. Students will share their experiences in inclusive college programs at UNO and Georgia State University. We will share resources and information on programs and answer questions about postsecondary education options for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
