Sleep plays a vital role in energy, concentration, and overall wellbeing. Research indicates that adults generally need 7-9 hours of sleep, but sleep quality and consistent routines are equally important.

 

The Rest & Reset: Build Better Sleep Habits Challenge encourages participants to practice simple behaviors that support healthier sleep. During this 28-day challenge, participants will track sleep hours, reflect on sleep quality, and try daily sleep hygiene tips designed to improve rest and recovery.

 

Participants will receive a printable tracker with daily prompts. At the end of the challenge, those who submit a completed tracker will be entered into the prize drawing for one of ten weather station clocks.

As part of the challenge, participants are also invited to attend a virtual learning session focused on sleep and sleep hygiene to gain practical tips for improving sleep quality.
