 \nThe MITI Core\, part of the Fred and Pamela Buffett Cancer Center’s Pr
 eclinical Imaging Center\, uses multiphoton excitation (MPE) to capture hi
 gh-resolution (≥ 0.3um) in vivo and in vitro images. Compared to traditi
 onal confocal microscopy\, MPE microscopy dramatically increases imaging d
 epth while decreasing tissue damage. New equipment supporting a diverse ar
 ray of imaging studies (neuroscience\, cancer\, biology\, physiology\, dru
 g development\, and preclinical) is available in the MITI Core.\n\nFocal p
