Objectives:                              

1.         Demonstrate similarities in High A4 cow model and women with PCOS

2.         Utilize endocrine profiles to identify females predisposed to become the High A4 population around pubertal attainment

3.         Utilize genomic analysis to develop high-throughput tests to identify cows that have  the High A4 phenotype
