Mentoring Panel Discussion What Women Want: Supporting the Unique Needs of Women in Medicine

Join us for a panel discussion about the challenges women in medicine face and what can be done to remediate them. We’ll explore strategies for coaching women through incidents of gender bias and illustrate the importance of tools for professional development such as sponsorship, mentoring and peer networks.
