Nebraska Medicine dietitian Laura Hernandez will explain the differences between mindful eating and intuitive eating, bringing in the tool of the hunger scale to recognize hunger and fullness cues. The 10 principles of intuitive eating, how it relates to a healthy lifestyle, and the relationship with food will be discussed.

This lecture is free, however if you would like to obtain nursing credit, the cost is $15. Payment instructions will be given when you pre-register.
