"Actually I am not doing so well." Supporting students is an essential component of educational leadership. In this training, you will learn how to use emotionally supportive language to validate and empower your students.

Participants will also be eligible to attend follow-up session with the facilitator via Zoom on Thur., May 9 from 12:00-1:00pm. Attendance at the follow-up session is not required, but available for those wanting more in-depth coaching and conversation after the initial workshop.
