“How to Design Achievable New Year’s Resolutions Using the Eight Dimensions of Wellness” will be the December Olson Center Brown Bag

Each January, many people use New Year’s Resolutions as a tool to improve some aspect of their life. If the resolutions are health or wellness related, many times the goals are too lofty and many times unattainable.

At the next Olson Center brown bag lecture, Dr. Marcia Adler of the School of Health and Kinesiology at UNO will describe the 8 Dimensions of Wellness and show how you can incorporate them into the development of achievable New Year’s Resolutions.

Seating is limited; please pre-register by calling the Olson Center at (402) 559-6345.  Bring your lunch and refreshments will be provided.

The lectures are free.  However if you would like to obtain nursing credit, the cost is $10.00.  Payment instructions will be given when you pre-register.
