Join us for a virtual presentation by Angela Maynard, RN, on Munroe-Meyer’s new Transition to Lifespan Care (TLC) Clinic!

The TLC clinic offers one-time evaluations and ongoing recommendations to support individuals diagnosed with intellectual or developmental disability of medically complex histories as they transition to adult care providers.
