Exercising Safely During the Winter Months

This presentation by Chelsea Lewis, MS, Wellness Specialist, UNMC Engage Wellness program and Home Instead Center For Successful Aging, gives tips on how to stay safe while exercising when it’s cold outside, as well as ideas for staying active at home. We will also discuss how to create a safe exercise program, exercise modifications and the major muscle groups of the body impacted by exercise.

This lecture is free, however if you would like to obtain nursing credit, the cost is $10.
Payment instructions will be given when you pre-register. Nursing credit can only be obtained for watching the live stream of the virtual presentation, not for viewing the recording after the event.
