The Eppley Seminar Series speaker for February 19th will be Dr. Richard Possemato, NYU Grossman School of Medicine.

He will be presenting "Functional Genomics Approaches to Identify New Cancer Targets: DNA Polymerase Epsilon in TNBC".

Key points:

Functional genomis can identify selective dependencies in cancer
DNA Polymerase Epsilon is selectively required in TNBC
Agents targeting replication have differential effects on DNA damage and inflammatory signaling
