Dr. Jerome Adams, MD, MPH, will be the guest speaker at the UNMC Omaha campus on Monday, Aug. 11, during a special Anesthesiology Grand Rounds. Dr. Adams is a former U.S. Surgeon General and a licensed anesthesiologist who also holds a master’s degree in public health.

Currently, he is a presidential fellow, executive director of the Center for Community Health Enhancement and Learning (HEAL) and distinguished professor of practice at Purdue University.
