This workshop will explore practical solutions that you can utilize in those situations with specific actions and words 1) Set firm and healthy boundaries on what you will and will not accept from aggressive or spiteful people, 2) Only use words that elicit a response instead of a reaction, and 3) Look and sound confident no matter who you are dealing with.
