Department of Neurological Sciences Grand Rounds

Hiding in Plain Sight: Peripheral Movement Disorders
Presenter: Miguel Situ, MD, Clinical Fellow, University of Cincinnati, Ohio
Dr. Situ will be joining UNMC faculty in 2020.

Following the educational conference, learners should be able to define the scope of Movement Disorders as a specialty, in the context of where we should consider its realm of clinical practice. Learners should also be able to describe the phenomenology of peripherally-induced movement disorders, using sample cases to emphasize the clinical heterogeneity, as well as discuss the possible pathophysiology of the different conditions to encourage the search of proper management.
