Join yoga instructor Devashree Patel, PhD for an hour-long relaxing yoga session incorporating deep stretching and breathing. Faculty, staff and students are welcome to take part in the free class sponsored by the Center for Healthy Living. Pre-registration is not required. Attendees should check-in 5-10 minutes prior to class at the front desk. Please let the front desk attendant know you are there for the free De-Stress week Yoga class.
