Join the Center for Healthy Living for an hour long fast-paced conditioning class that can push you to your limits with short high-intensity cardio intervals mixed with muscle strengthening movements. All movements and intensities can be modified for each participant. Everyone can get a quick workout that works well for their level of fitness. Attendees should check-in 5-10 minutes prior to class at the front desk. Please let the front desk attendant know you are there for the free De-Stress week class.
