Curating the Clinical Environment: Using Visual Thinking Strategies to Activate Transformational Learning

During this session, faculty will experience the VTS pedagogical method firsthand and explore ways it can be incorporated into classroom, clinical, and online teaching. 

Following this interactive session, participants will be able to:

  • Define VTS theory and explain the relevancy to health professions education – both for teaching and learning
  • Describe the benefits of VTS to improve learner skills in the clinical environment
  • Implement VTS pedagogy in their teaching
