Your personal story is one of your most powerful professional tools. This interactive workshop invites participants to reflect on their values, career narrative, and sense of purpose, and explore how those elements align with organizational and unit goals.

Participants will actively engage in reflection and discussion to begin shaping a personal story that feels authentic, aligned, and meaningful across roles and career stages.
