Join us and guest speaker Sarah Phelps from OutNebraska as we discuss ways to manage stressors within the workplace, psychological safety, ways to support mental health as part of cultural development and how individuals can access and ask for what they need.

Sarah Phelps is the Director of Operations and Programs at OutNebraska and brings a strategic, inclusive, and innovative approach to programming and facilitation. Sarah has spoken at a wide variety of organizations including police departments, diversity conferences, social service providers, youth advocate workshops and executive roundtables.

Sarah's private practice provides coaching and research on equitable and strategic board management and mission activation. She is a co-founder of Leaders for Equity, Allyship and Diversity, facilitator for Inclusive Communities, speaker for Hummingbird Humanity, and is honored to serve as the Board President of Umbrella US and Rainbow Rest Stop.
