The facility is FREE to use all week!
Guided tours: 8 a.m.-5 p.m. daily for groups & individuals
A CFHL staff member will give you a guided tour of our facilities, including our cardio room, weight room, fitness classrooms, and gymnasium. Come as a group or as an individual! Tours will be available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day and last approximately 20 minutes.
Ask a Trainer: 8 a.m.-4 p.m. daily
Take advantage of this time to ask fitness-related questions, inquire about services, or learn more about our equipment. Available daily 9-3 p.m. or online by email to cfhlfitness@unmc.edu.
Free Water & Hydration Packets
Rehydrate after your workout - available between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day; we'll have them available outside the group fitness rooms after each class.

- Total Body + Strength in room 1004 - Wednesdays & Thursdays, 12 p.m. with Decature | Thursdays, 7 a.m. with Kim
- Les Mills Body Combat in room 1009 - Wednesdays, 12 p.m.
- Les Mills Tone in room 1004 - Thursdays, 5:15 p.m.
- Slow Flow Yoga in room 1004 - Thursdays, 5:15 p.m.
- Power Pump in room 1004 - Fridays, 12 p.m.
Membership Deals
- Limited Membership (walking track and locker room/shower access) for $30 Feb-April (a savings of $45 as limited membership is normally $15/month)
