The MIND diet, “Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay” diet, combines two healthy eating patterns together that may positively impact brain health. The benefits of the MIND diet will be discussed as well as how to implement the nutrition guidelines on a daily basis.

This lecture is free, however if you would like to obtain nursing credit, the cost is $10. Payment instructions will be given when you pre-register. Nursing credit can only be obtained for watching the live stream of the virtual presentation, not for viewing the recording after the event.
