In celebration of Black History month, Nebraska and Clarkson Cafes will offer soul food the following days: Feb 2, 10, 18 and 26th.

The menu for February 26th will include: Catfish, spaghetti with meat sauce, collard greens, black eyed peas, cornbread and sweet potato pie.
