We all put off tasks from time to time, but when procrastination becomes an enduring pattern it can increase our stress levels and make it more difficult to make progress in our goals. In this discussion, we’ll review what makes procrastinating such a difficult habit to change, the types of situations that can trigger a desire to procrastinate, and ways to manage your task list effectively and without self-criticism.
