Distinguished speakers will gather to share ideas on mitochondria processes in neurological disorders, cysteine-based mechanisms of cellular decline, degenerative disease of the eye, and proteostatic stress in aging. The latest research on the underlying causes of age-associated declines in mitochondrial function, metabolism, and proteostasis will be discussed along with emerging therapies for age-related diseases.
