More than Gut Feelings: What You Should Know About Using Probiotics. The use of probiotics is in the news daily. Everything from improving digestion, bloating to curing disease. But are probiotics really good for everybody? And is one probiotic better than another? You are invited to the next Olson Center Brown Bag lecture on Tues, January 17th at noon where registered dietitian Meghan McLarney will discuss the pros and cons of probiotics and natural ways to incorporate probiotics into our diet and meal preparation. There will be tasting involved…yummy! Presented by Meghan McLarney, RD, LMNT, CDE Nebraska Medicine Diabetes Center.

Seating is limited; please pre-register by calling the Olson Center at 559-6345.  Bring your lunch.  Simple refreshments will be provided.

The lectures are free, however if you would like to obtain nursing credit, the cost is $10.00.  Payment instructions will be given when you pre-register.
