Olson Center Brown Bag - Working with Resilience

Resiliency is defined as the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties. At the next Olson Center brown bag lecture, Jamie Hansen, owner of Alloy Solutions, a leadership development group, will discuss resilience as it applies to the context of the workplace; identify the seven components of resilience at work; and identify individual strengths and opportunities for small shifts that contribute to one’s ability to manage everyday stress, adapt to change, and proactively prepare for future challenges.
Seating is limited; please pre-register by calling the Olson Center at 402.559.6345.

Bring your lunch and simple refreshments will be provided.
The lectures are free, however if you would like to obtain nursing credit, the cost is $10. Payment instructions will be given when you pre-register.
