OLSON BROWN BAG - Simple Solutions to a Serious Situation. The Role of Lifestyle in the Extraordinary

We all know what it means to lead a healthy lifestyle. There is no denying that being physically active, eating well and managing stress is good for us. However, in spite of our best intentions, knowing and doing are often far from the same thing. How can we convert what we know about lifestyle medicine into what we do about it? Join us to learn more about turning information into intention and to discuss some simple strategies that make it easier to progress from intention to action and ultimately a lifetime of healthy choices. Presented by Peter Pellerito, MA from UNMC Center for Healthy Living.

Seating is limited; please pre-register by calling the Olson Center at 559-6345. Bring your lunch. Simple refreshments will be provided.

The lectures are free, however if you would like to obtain nursing credit, the cost is $10.00. Payment instructions will be given when you pre-register.
