Event: Finding the Balance: Stress Management for Busy Professionals
Join Steven Wengel, MD, assistant vice chancellor for campus wellness for UNO and UNMC for a one-hour workshop that will cover a number of helpful strategies to improve your overall health and wellbeing, including learning about the science behind sleep, exercise, mindfulness, meditation, and gratitude journaling. Practical tips on how to weave these healthy strategies into our busy lives will be discussed, and there will be time for dialoguing and asking questions.
