Elevating the Conversation: Rekindling the Spark

On Feb. 28, Carol Bernstein, M.D., will share how we can strengthen our own resilience and well-being in the face of an increasingly complex and challenging health care environment. She also will reveal how shifting our view of mental health and overall well-being can positively impact our patients, colleagues and organization.

Dr. Bernstein is associate professor of psychiatry, vice chair for education in psychiatry and director of residency training in psychiatry at the New York University School of Medicine.
