Exercise and Cognition in Healthy and Accelerated Aging
Presenter: Diane Ehlers, PhD 

Following the educational conference, learners should be able to identify all components of the physical activity guidelines for Americans, list the cognitive domains most benefited by the exercise in the context of healthy aging, describe the general neural benefits associated with engagement in regular exercise, and relate findings on exercise and cognition from aging populations to populations that experience accelerated biological aging, namely cancer survivors.
