Tierra Robinson, MBA, MHA bio:

Tierra Robinson is the Director of Adaptive Learning and Inclusive Excellence at Nebraska Medicine and is a leader in the field of health care and belonging for all. She oversees the Interpretive Services and Employee Health Departments, as well as the development of education and training from an inclusive and equitable lens.

Tierra holds a Master of Business Administration from Bellevue University and a Master of Health Administration from Clarkson College. She values diversity immensely and appreciates the individuality that each person possesses. She is passionate about advancing health equity and improving health outcomes for underserved populations. Tierra is leading several initiatives which includes identifying and removing barriers to addressing health equity, enhancing accessibility efforts, building a comprehensive training suite, and improving language access within her organization.

Tierra is a proud native of Omaha, Nebraska, where she lives with her husband and children. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She is an active member of Nebraska Medicine’s Health Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (HEDI) Council and the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE).
